Jackie previously had a career as a market research manager. She was drawn to learn craniosacral therapy after experiencing the benefits of it herself. She gained her diploma in craniosacral therapy from the College of Craniosacral Therapy (CCST) in London in 2011. She is registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK (CSTA) and adheres to their codes of practice.
Jackie is committed to her ongoing skills development. In 2018, she completed two years of training in birth process work to support babies, children and adults with their birth experiences. She is currently working towards a masters degree in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy.
Jackie has two children of her own, now in secondary school. She has followed a spiritual path for over 20 years, working with Celtic and Native American traditions that teach of being in harmony within yourself, and with the world around you. She has practiced yoga for 20 years, and tai chi before that. Through this training, Jackie has developed a sensitive awareness of the body and the role it plays in a person’s mental, emotional and spiritual well being. Her approach to healing work is holistic, and she loves working with the body’s own natural ability to heal and re-balance itself.
