About Jackie

Jackie gained her diploma in craniosacral therapy from the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London (CCST).  She is registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK (CSTA) and adheres to their codes of practice.  She left her previous role as a research manager in 2011 to focus on her cranial practice.

Jackie was originally drawn to learn craniosacral therapy after experiencing the benefits of it herself.  In 2018, she completed two years of training in pre- and peri-natal work to support babies, children and adults with their birth experiences. She has two children of her own, now in secondary school.

Jackie has followed a spiritual path for the last 20 years, working with Celtic and Native American traditions that teach of being in harmony within yourself, and with the world around you.  She has practiced yoga for over fifteen years, and tai chi before that. Through this training, Jackie has developed a sensitive awareness of the body and the role it plays in a person’s mental, emotional and spiritual well being.  Her approach to healing work is holistic, and she loves working with the body’s own natural ability to heal and re-balance itself.
